Prezent Vivo has introduced a new credits system designed to give life sciences organizations a simpler way to access its expert communication services.

The AI-powered platform has introduced a shared pool of credits that customers can use across several services, eliminating the need to manage separate budgets and approval processes.

Each credit is worth US$1 and can be used for services such as Overnight Presentations, editorial work, fixed-price projects, and coaching workshops.

The credits are deducted automatically when an eligible service request is completed. Prezent Vivo says the system also gives administrators visibility into spending and usage across teams, while allowing them to allocate credits and establish limits.

The new model is part of Prezent Vivo’s move toward an integrated platform that combines AI-powered communication tools with human expertise for life sciences organizations.

Core features, including AI presentation generation and transformation, fingerprint creation, file uploads, learning resources, and best-practice materials, do not consume credits.

“Credits reflect our commitment to giving life sciences organizations a simpler, more seamless way to access the expert services and AI-powered solutions they need, exactly when they need them,” said Rajat Mishra, CEO and Co-Founder of Prezent.

Francine Carrick, President of Prezent Vivo, said the model is intended to make it easier for enterprises to use communication expertise according to their needs without managing multiple purchasing processes.

“As life science enterprises increasingly seek flexible ways to combine AI with expert services, credits remove the friction of managing multiple budgets, purchasing processes, and approvals, allowing organizations to consume communication expertise based on their actual business needs.”

The company says the shared credit pool is designed to provide greater flexibility while maintaining enterprise-level visibility and control over how communication services are consumed.
