Eastern Europe’s role as a hub for engineering and technical talent has been reinforced by the latest results of the Brandon Hall Group Excellence Awards 2025. Among the winners is Ness Digital Engineering, a company with several development centers in the region.
Ness earned two Silver and two Bronze awards for its training and leadership programs. The recognitions came in categories for Best Hybrid Learning Program, Best Leadership Development Program, Best Certification Program, and Best Development Program for Frontline Leaders.
For nearly three decades, Brandon Hall Group has been reviewing and ranking corporate initiatives designed to improve how organizations train, promote, and retain staff. The judging process involves independent analysts who measure the real-world results of submitted programs.
“This Brandon Hall recognition underscores our belief that empowering people through continuous learning and leadership development is the key to sustainable growth,” said CEO Ranjit Tinaikar.
The recognition also highlights how multinational firms are rethinking mobility and career development. “Our programs have accelerated internal mobility, reduced external hiring costs, and cultivated future-ready leaders across the organization,” explained Shivadarshan Deshamudre, global head of learning and development.
By building up its regional presence and committing to structured employee programs, Ness positions itself not only as a technology provider but also as an employer invested in long-term skills. For a region competing for international investment, such recognition strengthens Eastern Europe’s visibility in the global talent market.
