The life sciences industry is entering a period in which artificial intelligence is increasingly becoming part of how scientific information is created, communicated, and used to support decisions.
That shift will be the focus of Articulate 2026: The Communication Revolution, an invitation-only executive summit organized by Prezent Vivo and scheduled for October 1 at the Museum of the American Revolution in Philadelphia.
The event will bring together more than 100 leaders from Medical Affairs, Medical Communications, Commercial, Market Access, and Field Medical for discussions on how AI, storytelling, and scientific communication are changing the way complex science is shared across the biopharma industry.
Rather than focusing exclusively on the technology itself, the summit is designed around the relationship between AI and human expertise. Its agenda will examine how organizations can use AI to improve communication while maintaining scientific rigor, context, trust, and the human judgment required in life sciences.
The program will open with a keynote titled “The Communication Revolution,” followed by sessions examining how scientific data moves from clinical trials to practice and how AI is changing the craft of scientific communication.
One panel, “From Quill to AI: The New Craft,” will explore where artificial intelligence can strengthen scientific communication and where human expertise remains essential. Another executive discussion will look at what biopharma can learn from technology companies as the sector works to scale AI-driven communication without compromising patient impact.
The agenda will also include real-world customer stories, live Prezent demonstrations, executive conversations about the future of communication, networking, and the BioPharma AI Excellence Awards. The event will conclude with a museum experience and an awards reception.
Erin O’Hare nominated for Woman of Impact in Life Sciences Award
Alongside the discussions around AI and communication, Articulate 2026 will also recognize individuals and teams working across the life sciences ecosystem.
Among the nominees is Erin O’Hare, who has been nominated for the Woman of Impact in Life Sciences Award.
O’Hare has nearly two decades of experience spanning the pharmaceutical industry and management consulting, with a career covering Medical Affairs, Commercial, and Market Access.
She currently serves as Senior Director, Global Operations and Medical Excellence at Madrigal Pharmaceuticals, where she combines strategic and operational work to help teams navigate complex information and initiatives across therapeutic areas.
Her nomination places a focus on the cross-functional leadership that the award category is intended to recognize, as life sciences organizations increasingly bring together medical, commercial, operational, and technology functions.
Articulate 2026 will feature a broad group of speakers from companies including Pfizer, Novo Nordisk, Johnson & Johnson, Roche, Novartis, GSK, Bayer, Daiichi Sankyo, Otsuka, CSL, and other organizations across the biopharma ecosystem.
The event will take place from 9 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. on October 1 at the Museum of the American Revolution in Philadelphia. Its setting is also part of the event’s theme: as the United States marks the 250th anniversary of the Declaration of Independence, organizers are using the historic venue to draw a connection between the power of ideas and the importance of communicating them with clarity and purpose.
With AI increasingly becoming part of scientific and business workflows, Articulate 2026 will focus on a question extending beyond technology adoption: how can life sciences organizations communicate increasingly complex information clearly enough for it to drive understanding and action?
